Officer C. Denton is a Patrol Officer for the Hitchcock Police Department, where he has served since 2018. He is TCOLE certified as a Firearms Instructor, Low Light Operations Instructor, Patrol Rifle Instructor, Mental Health Officer, Hostage Negotiator, Byrna Instructor, Marine Safety Enforcement Officer, and Field Training Officer. 

Officer Denton moved to Galveston County from the Texoma region of Red River Valley in 2018. 

Officer Denton, outside of his police duties, enjoys hobbies such as hunting, archery, precision shooting, wood working, and spending time with family.

Officer Denton is a dedicated member of the Hitchcock Police Department and looks forward to serving the citizens of Hitchcock for many years to come.
