The City of Hitchcock Municipal Court has jurisdiction over Class C misdemeanor offenses and over offenses occurring within the city limits that are a violation of a State Statute or City Ordinance. These include traffic and parking offenses, city ordinance violations, and other criminal violations such as public intoxication, theft, possession of drug paraphernalia, and disorderly conduct.
